Does it sometimes feel like everybody is after your money?
Among charities, refugees, hurricane survivors, abandoned dogs, needy researchers, NPR, cousins and kids here comes MPNforum.
It’s a bad time to be raising funds but we have two pressing reasons. And we don’t need much. The Small Donation Program should cover it.
First is coverage of the major MPN event – the big annual American Society of Hematology meeting in Atlanta. This is a breakthrough year in gene therapy, combination drugs, new research targets. MPNforum is accredited press. We need to cover transportation and lodging cost
Equally pressing is the need to cover all internet and production expenses to make MPNforum available on-line for 2018. As an independent all volunteer patient and caregiver enterprise, we don’t accept grants and don’t take corporate advertising. MPNforum is entirely funded by patients and caregivers.
We know there are far more pressing needs in the world right now. But our MPN world needs this work to be done. Without raising sufficient funds we’ll do the best we can. So we’re only asking you to chip in if you can
Any amount helps but nothing over $100. (We return that overage and pay a fee so…please.)
Your Small Donation contribution will support the vast majority of MPN patients who cannot. You’ll also get listed as a Sponsor in the Winter issue… unless you let us know you”d rather remain anonymous.
And, whether you’re able to contribute this time around or not, thank you for all your support.
*** After the Winter MPNforum issue covering ASH we are suspending regular publication to focus on the Forum’s new on-line patient/caregiver journal, MPN Science & Medicine plus special bulletins. All back issues of MPNforum will continue to be available at http://www.mpnforum.com.

Thank you Cyndy. The old-timers all know you but for those who don’t Cyndy is a caregiver and a gifted writer who has contributed great articles and outstanding art, for example: https://mpnforum.com/sams-art-2/
I gladly will continue to help MPN forum … what started as a simple support group has evolved into so much more for patients, caregivers and the medical community. Keep up the amazing work ❤️
