DOES MPN SUPPORT COVID VACCINE FOR RARE BLOOD DISORDER PATIENTS?
Hi, Trish… Dr. Fauci recommends all patients get vaccinated unless there is a specific clinical reason against it. The more of us getting vaccinated, and the sooner we get vaccinated, the less opportunity there is for the SARs2 virus to mutate into more deadly variants. The risk benefit of MPN patients getting vaccinated is heavily weighted in favor of vaccination barring specific deleterious clinicals. Talk to you doc about it.
